ColoradoLegalServices.org is a guide to free civil legal services for low-income persons and seniors in Colorado.  Here you can locate information on all of the free legal aid programs in Colorado, including basic eligibility and contact information. We also have links to related sites on the web and legal education documents that give you basic information on a number of legal problems.

Colorado Legal Services
Colorado Legal Services (CLS) is a non-profit corporation that has assisted persons with low income and seniors in the State of Colorado for over 75 years. The mission of Colorado Legal Services is to provide meaningful access to high quality, civil legal services in the pursuit of justice for as many low-income persons and members of vulnerable populations throughout Colorado as possible.

Colorado Legal Services has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to our users privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website, www.ColoradoLegalServices.org.

What We Collect:

If a user chooses to be sent e-mails regarding updates to www.ColoradoLegalServices.org, we will add the users e-mail into a database. Once a user receives an e-mail update, the user may opt-out of receiving future e-mail updates (see the Choice/Opt-Out section below). A user may also choose not to receive updates, hence none will be sent.

 

Relationships with Other Sites

  • This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Colorado Legal Services is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this website.
  • Colorado Legal Services does not share individual personal information with any third party. We will not give out, sell, or otherwise share your contact information (such as name and e-mail address) to third parties.

Choice/Opt-Out

  • Our website provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where the user receives the first e-mail update we send out. Choose ‘Reply’, then in the subject box type ‘opt-out’. Send the e-mail and your information will be removed from our database.
  • At any time, you may e-mail mfrench@colegalserv.org directly to be removed from the database. Please include your name in the e-mail.
