LIFT now has free medical clinics on Tuesday afternoons from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m by appointment only. 

Please call 303-426-0430 to make an appointment.  When the patient calls, they should just leave their name and phone number so LIFT can call them back to schedule the appointment. No need to say why they need to see the doctor.

The LIFT clinic does not require medical insurance and seeks to help the uninsured.
