To apply for services you may call the application line at (970)247-0266 or you may come to the office and do the application in person. Please bring any relevant documents regarding your case including any court documents. If a person is homebound, or has limited mobility, a home visit can be arranged in some cases. Also, outreach screening and intake can be done in Towaoc for the Ute Mtn Ute Reservation when staff is available
Office hours are generally from Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00 pm. Due to a small staff, our office can be closed during the day due to court and other scheduling conflicts. If you plan to come to our office to do an application we suggest you call our office first to ascertain if staff is available to take an application.
Applications are on a first come first serve basis.

The Durango CLS does not take applications regarding criminal cases, with the exception being Southern Ute tribal cases that qualify.
