Renter rights workshop: Virtual and in-person

Colorado Legal Services, in collaboration with Thornton Community Connections, will host a legal workshop both virtually and in-person.

Join us to learn about your rights as a renter. Discover how much money you can be charged for late payment penalties, what to do if the landlord fails to fumigate, repair, or clean common areas, what to do if you’re behind on rent, what to do if you’re sent to court and your general rights. You’ll also learn about your right to live in a safe home with proper conditions.
