Federal Poverty Guidelines
The following maximum income levels, which are based on 125% of the latest revisions of the Federal Poverty Guidelines determines by the Department of Health and Human Services and approved by the Legal Service Corporation, should be used to determine client eligiblity effective May 1, 2023.
