Sherman Street, Suite 300, Denver, Colorado 80203 invites independent Certified Public Accountants (CPA), licensed to practice in the State of Colorado to submit proposals to conduct an audit, compliance review, 990 tax submission of its financial accounts and records for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, in accordance with the specifications enumerated in this proposal. CLS hopes this will lead to a long-term relationship for several years with the successful firm.
